The Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) entrusts SICE with the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the national road toll system (36 Free-Flow toll points in a Single-Gantry configuration) throughout the country. The new Free-Flow toll points will replace the existing conventional toll stations. SICE will also be in charge of the Operational Back-Office for the PRHTA, as well as manual validation operations and maintenance of all systems.
