For the Toronto Team of SICE we are looking for a computing and telecommunications engineer- Radio systems
Training - Bachelor’s degree on Telecommunication Engineering
Profile - Radio engineer for development of ICT solutions focused on the control and management of processes
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in telecommunications or other related majors, with more than 3 years of radiocommunications work experience.
- Experience in planning, implementation, configuration, and operational support of Radio networks and Distributed Antenna Systems:
- Read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and installation guides.
- Radio technologies such as P25, WiFi, and TETRA, etc.
- Radio propagation tools
- Radio coverage post processing software
- Radio interference and intermodulation studies
- Writing and performing test cases on both radio equipment and a radio network.
- In-depth experience in network troubleshooting and resolution, good at analyzing and solving network related issues.
- Having well-developed written and verbal communication skills and show a proactive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
