• The data obtained will be cancelled, deleted or blocked if it proves to be inaccurate or incomplete or is no longer necessary or relevant for its purpose, in accordance with the applicable data-protection legislation.
• The data obtained is appropriate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the specific ambit and legitimate purposes and services of SICE.
• SICE has taken certain technical and organisation measures to assure the security of personal data and prevent it from being tampered with, lost or processed or accessed by unauthorised persons, considering the current technology available, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed, in accordance with the terms of Royal Decree No. 994/99 (11 June 1999).
• As the owner of the data, you may revoke the consent given and freely exercise your rights of access, correction or cancellation and any other rights recognised under the relevant legislation in respect of your personal data kept on file, under the terms of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 1999 (No. 15/99) and other related regulations. In order to exercise these rights, please contact the Human Resources Department, Apartado de Correos 990, 28080 Madrid, enclosing a photocopy of your ID card or passport and clearly stating the specific right that you wish to exercise.
• As the owner of the data, you confirm and declare that the information provided is true and accurate and that no information that could be to your detriment has been omitted or altered.
