What makes SICE different and competitive is a highly motivated team of people, who take the initiative and identify with our business project.

That’s why our Human Resources policy stresses all personnel-related factors, because we understand our people to be the company’s core asset:
  • Selection: great care is taken over the selection process for professionals joining the company, with a view to recruiting the best. We use the latest staff-selection techniques, such e-recruiting, or turning to specialised recruitment agencies.
  • Training: on joining the company, the successful candidate will receive the necessary training in any areas it would be appropriate to strengthen. Training covers not only technical topics, but also management courses, IT tools, etc., with particular emphasis on training in the prevention of risks in the workplace.
  • Motivation: we want our personnel to be fully motivated and identify with the company’s values. Our personnel are assessed every year by their supervisors, enabling their progress over the last few years to be monitored efficiently. Superior–worker interviews are also held to strengthen any skills as necessary.
These are the three main areas of focus for our HR department, always remaining true to the principle that our organisations foremost asset is its people.
