On 2 August 2011, SICE Perú won the Asociación Los Andes de Cajamarca’s contract for the SERVICE TO SUPPLY A TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEM WITH EMERGENCY AND PUBLIC-SAFETY CONTROL SYSTEM (CCESC), to install fibre-optic networks and security cameras in the town.

The final deadline for completion of this project is 119 calendar days, beginning on the day following the handover of the land.

The project includes:

• Detailed engineering.
• Installation of a security system with 42 CCTV cameras.
• Radio equipment.
• Control-centre equipment.
• Laying a fibre-optic network in the town centre.

The bid was submitted by SICE Peru in a joint venture with SYSCCOM.
