SICE is going to install the structured wiring to cover the Ethernet network and IP telephone system in rooms, consulting rooms, operating theatres and administration offices at Badajoz Maternity and Children’s Hospital.

Stabilised wiring and power sockets will also be installed at the same points, to power computers and other networked systems.

Operating theatres and ICUs will also be equipped with fibre-optics sockets. The installation will affect all six storeys of the hospital. Each floor will have its own separate installation, and the floors will be linked via fibre optics.
